    Sally Brock, owner and designer of Fancy in Seattle, Washington, has been creating jewelry since she was 13. The devotion and years practicing have paid off. She has created a line of jewelry that is all handmade.

    Further, Sally knew she wanted to support other local artists. By opening the doors of her own shop front, Fancy + Pants, she provides a retail outlet for up and coming jewelry designers in the Seattle area as well.
