PRIVACY: We keep all information private and will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

ORDERS: Orders will be accepted via phone, fax and email. Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

PRODUCTS: Prices are subject to change. Additionally, manufacturing varies per product, as each product is produced by a different artist or designer. Some merchandise will be handmade and may vary slightly from online photographs.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Because each item is crafted by a different artist or designer, many of which are hand made to order, shipping times will vary but please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment (at the maximum).

FREIGHT CLAIMS: While we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition, we are not responsible for freight damage or delays. Thoroughly inspect all merchandise. If damage occurs, please file a freight claim with the carrier. Refusal to accept delivery DOES NOT relieve you of the responsibility of payment and may result in additional charges.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: As a non-profit, Nest considers your purchases similar to donations. Therefore, we process exchanges only, no returns, 30 days from the shipping date. Clothing and home merchandise must be unworn or unused. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the new item(s) as well as the return shipping charges of the existing order. If the item was damaged or incorrect, Nest will gladly replace the item. Changes or cancellations without specific approval and will be made at Nest’s discretion.
